Weekly Gentle Yoga Flow Classes
Every Wednesday at 11.30 am - 12.30 pm (Mountain Standard Time)
A 60 minute live online yoga class taught through Zoom. This is a beginner friendly yoga class full of gentle poses to stretch your body.
Give yourself the opportunity to relax in the middle of the week.
I may be teaching this class from my home in Okotoks, Canada but I do have a worldly group of attendees. For those of you in the United Kingdom looking to connect with these classes, the time this class takes place is 6.30 pm your time zone.
