How Turn a Breech Baby Naturally

Have you been told your baby is breech and recommended to receive an ECV? ( External Cephalic Version)

Are you now currently on a mission to educate yourself in all options that can help turn your baby in case the ECV doesn't work?

There are few options out there that can help you turn your baby from breech position, although much like an ECV.... all options cannot guarantee baby will turn.

Prenatal Yoga Recommends...

An inversion pose such as downward facing dog.

Downward facing dog gives your baby extra room to move.

Come into downward facing dog for no longer than 1-2 minutes
